Executive Staff
Our executive staff consists of nationally and internationally renowned academics who are pioneers in their fields.
Dr. Ian Robert Henney
Chief Executive Chairman
Dr Henney, a Zimbabwean educator with over 20 years of experience, holds a BSc, MBA, and PhD in Business Administration. Passionate about equal access to quality education, he founded the Ian Henney Foundation, offering scholarships to gifted underprivileged children. His achievements include founding DTH College in the UK (2000) and BBA (2010). Guided by the quote, "The mind is not a vessel to be filled but a fire to be ignited," he is also a dedicated philanthropist.
Catherine Henney
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Our CEO, a respected leader with over 10 years in education, is one of the few female CEOs in Zimbabwe. She co-founded the Henney Heart Foundation, which provides scholarships to gifted underprivileged children in academics or the arts. Passionate about high-quality education for all, she advocates for empowering children to thrive in Zimbabwe and beyond. Inspired by Gandhi’s quote, "Strength comes from an indomitable will," she is a true role model for women.
Pastor Godwin Mahlahla
Principal
Our principal, Pastor Mahlahla, brings 33 years of experience in education, including 19 years in administration. He has served in various roles, including teacher, Deputy Head, Headmaster, and Public Relations Manager.
Mr Maps
High School TIC (Teacher In Charge)
Our Highschool TIC has 5 years worth of teaching experience. He possesses a Chemistry degree. Commonly known as Mr Maps. His life's motto is 'Life is what you make it'.
Mr Phiri
Junior School TIC (Teacher In Charge)
Our Primary TIC has 5 years worth of teaching experience. His favorite thing about being a TIC is that "the job is extremely rewarding and fulfilling".
